Why we care...

Not through anyone's intentional neglect, but many car accident victims continue to suffer pain long after a doctor gives up and after settlements are decided based on insufficient information.

We have seen too many cases where a diagnosis was missed because those involved were not aware of current advances in X-Rays.  In some cases, an injury is further compounded due to an incorrect assumption.

Traditional MRI's and X-rays do not show damage to ligaments.  Having the ability to correctly diagnose ligament damage could mean either a correct plan can be developed to help the client recover, or gain an understanding that an injury is permanent and nothing can be done.

  Technology exists which can greatly assist in correctly diagnosing injuries.  Once identified, and proven, the result may mean more appropriate treatment and/or at a minimum, more appropriate settlements to pay for these treatments or permanent injuries.
